2. PURPOSE
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&C) govern the sale of products on the website www.volzak.com, operated by Volzak LLC. They apply to all international customers.

3. PRODUCTS
Volzak offers leather shoes for men, women, and children. Products are described with the utmost care, but slight variations may occur due to artisanal manufacturing.

4. PRICES
Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR) depending on the customer’s location.
Prices exclude shipping charges.
Volzak reserves the right to modify prices at any time without notice.

5. ORDERING
Placing an order on the site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&C. The ordering process includes:
- Product selection
- Delivery information
- Secure payment
- Email confirmation
Volzak reserves the right to refuse any order in case of previous disputes or suspected fraud.

6. PAYMENT
Accepted payment methods include:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- PayPal / Stripe
- Mobile payments
Payment is due immediately upon order confirmation.

7. DELIVERY
International shipping is handled within 5 to 10 business days via DHL, Aramex, or other global carriers.
Customers receive a tracking link once the order is shipped. In case of delay or loss, Volzak will offer a suitable solution (refund or reshipment).

8. RETURN POLICY
Customers may return a product within 7 days of receipt, provided that:
- The product is new, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- The return was previously reported to customer service.
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, unless it is a Volzak error.

9. WARRANTY
All Volzak products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 30 days after receipt. Normal wear or misuse is not covered.

10. DATA PROTECTION
Volzak ensures the confidentiality of personal data. Data is collected solely for order processing and customer service purposes. Customers can request access, correction, or deletion of their data by contacting us at support@volzak.com.

11. APPLICABLE LAW & JURISDICTION
These T&C are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, USA.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. If not resolved, the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming, USA shall have jurisdiction.
