  1. DELIVERY

Volzak.ma delivers to Morocco, and also internationally.

The Buyer is hereby reminded that delivery costs as well as customs fees for international shipments are their responsibility. In addition, a fee of 40 dirhams will be charged for the delivery of orders under 900 dirhams in Morocco. For international shipments, fees are determined by destination and weight.

The ordered products will be sent, along with the delivery slip, to the delivery address indicated by the Buyer during the ordering process. All orders received will be processed from Monday to Friday. Delivery times are effective from the time the package is taken over by our service providers (Amana and Cathedis for Morocco; DHL for international). All deliveries are announced by email.

In the event of absence upon delivery, at the address indicated by the Buyer, it is possible to collect the package from a Post Office or Relay Point within fifteen (15) days following deposit.

If the Buyer fails to collect their order or if they provide incorrect information when confirming their order, it will be returned to VOLZAK.

VOLZAK undertakes to indicate delivery times (in working days) and costs depending on the region: 24 to 72 hours in Morocco and 48 to 5 days internationally.

VOLZAK strives to meet the delivery times it indicates upon acceptance of the order, based on the reference logistics time in the profession, and to execute orders, except in cases of force majeure, or in the event of circumstances beyond its control. In particular, cases usually recognized by case law will be considered as cases of force majeure.

Each delivery is deemed to have been made upon the product being made available to the Buyer by the postal service or the carrier. It is the Buyer's responsibility to check the shipments upon arrival and to make any reservations and complaints (e.g. damaged package) that appear justified within the mandatory period of fourteen (14) calendar days from delivery, failing which the Buyer will be barred.

The Buyer will have the choice between delivery and collection of their package from the VOLZAK store.

As soon as their order is available, the Buyer receives a notification informing them that their order can be collected from the store.

The Buyer then has three (3) days to collect their package. If the package is not collected within this period, VOLZAK will cancel the order.

6.1 RETURN OF PRODUCTS

The Buyer must return the product(s) concerned (hereinafter the "Return"), without undue delay and, in any event, within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of exercising his right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons. However, VOLZAK accepts that the Buyer may make the Return up to a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of receipt of the package containing the products ordered by himself or by the recipient of the order.

The Buyer must return the product by affixing the label, available in the " Returns " section, to the package. The package must contain the product(s) indicated when exercising the right of withdrawal, as well as the delivery slip.

The Buyer must return the product in its original box, unworn or undamaged. Any product that is returned, in particular incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or not allowing its return to the market in new condition, cannot be refunded to the Buyer if the depreciation of the product results from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of this product.

6.2 RETURN REFUND

VOLZAK undertakes to reimburse the Buyer for all sums paid, including delivery costs, without undue delay and after verification of the Return, within fourteen (14) days from the date of withdrawal by the Buyer. VOLZAK does not reimburse the Buyer for delivery costs, expressly chosen by the latter, which would be more expensive than the standard delivery method proposed when ordering.

Refunds are made to the Buyer using the payment method used when ordering:

  • Credit card payment: The transfer is made to the bank account used to pay for the order.
  • Payment on delivery: a bank account number must be determined to make the transfer.
  1. RETURN TO STORE:

The Buyer may exchange the product(s) ordered on the Site free of charge in any VOLZAK store. Any products not meeting the conditions of the last paragraph of Article 6.1 of the General Terms and Conditions will not be payable upon return to the store.

The Buyer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to exchange their products from the date of receipt of their order.

In-store exchanges will only be accepted upon presentation of the delivery slip included in the package.

The Buyer may exchange their products only depending on the stocks available in store.

In the case of an exchange with one or more products whose total amount is higher than the price of the exchanged product, the Buyer will have to pay the difference between the two amounts. Otherwise, the Buyer will receive a credit equal to the price difference between the returned product(s) and the new product or will be refunded in store.
